Horizon Blue 69 by Kuretake Gansai Tambi (a part of the Standard Set range) is a low staining ◭ half-transparent ◐ non-granulating paint with excellent lightfastness ***.Pigment composition, 2 pigments:
PW6 - Titanium White. PW6, Titanium White, is an opaque white pigment with very high coverage and strong tinting strength. It is often used to lighten other colors and create pastel tones. While not traditionally used in transparent watercolor techniques, it is useful in gouache and mixed media.
